How does coaching work?
Coaching isn’t about advice giving; instead, coaches ask clients questions that: help them see their problems from different perspectives, generate multiple options/solutions, clarify desired results, and chart a course of action toward goal attainment.
How are your coaching services offered?
Potential clients are offered an introductory telephone coaching session at no charge. This session is designed to help the individual decide if coaching is his or her next step towards living the life they were created for. If so, the client receives a welcome packet and we schedule our initial coaching session.
It is an extended session (generally 90 minutes) that helps us get better acquainted with each other; share our expectations, and ends with an agreed upon plan of action. Also we schedule our future coaching sessions which are usually done over the phone.
